Sumidaya is a long-established Japanese rice store that has been in business for over 100 years.We blend the finest brown rice selected from all over Japan in a unique golden ratio and slowly and deliberately candy the rice using an old-fashioned milling method that maximizes flavor, and we are thoroughly committed to rice, the starting point of the Japanese people.
